Delete my data
You can request deletion of eligible PIKABOI account and personal information. Some order, payment or tax records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.
How to request deletion
Email support@pikaboi.in from the email address connected to your account, or include your order number and phone number so we can verify the request.
What happens next
We will verify ownership, explain any information that must be retained, and remove or anonymise eligible data. We may ask for additional details to prevent unauthorised deletion. Please do not send passwords, OTPs or payment-card details.
