By using PIKABOI or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please review product details, size, price, delivery method and payment choice before confirming.
Products and orders
Product availability, images and prices can change. An order is accepted only after our system confirms it and payment requirements are met. We may contact you to clarify an address, delivery issue or order detail.
Prices and fees
Standard delivery is shown as free where offered. Fast delivery and Founder hand delivery charges are displayed before payment. Advance + COD shows the advance and remaining COD due before you place the order. The Advance + COD advance is non-refundable after order confirmation. We do not add hidden checkout fees.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep account credentials secure, and use the website lawfully. Do not submit another person’s personal information without permission.
Reviews and content
Reviews should describe a genuine customer experience. We may moderate, decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or unrelated. We do not promise that every review will be published.
