PIKABOI respects your privacy. This policy explains the limited information we use to process orders, provide support, secure accounts and improve the shopping experience.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, phone, email when provided, delivery address, pincode, items, payment status and seller notes.
- Account details: information you choose to provide through Google or a PIKABOI account.
- Support information: messages you send to us through email, WhatsApp or order tracking.
- Technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, essential cookies and basic site operation.
Why we use it
We use information only to authenticate you, save requested addresses, create and reconcile orders, arrange delivery, provide order updates, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Checkout and payment processing may involve Razorpay. Sign-in may involve Google. Security and verification may involve reCAPTCHA and OTP providers. These services receive only the information needed for the feature and are governed by their own policies.
Retention and security
We retain order and accounting records as required for business and legal purposes. We use server-side validation, access controls and HTTPS, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data. See Data deletion request or email support@pikaboi.in.
Children
PIKABOI is intended for adults placing food orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian can contact us if they believe a child has shared information.
